INTRODUCTION
TO PROVIDER RESOURCES, INC.
PRI is
a non-profit corporation, tax exempt under Section 501 (C) (3) of the
Internal Revenue Code.
The purpose
of the agency is to provide comprehensive services in the areas of nutrition
education and related child care services. The staff of PRI has a particular
expertise in the area of Family Child Care, and services to this part
of the child care community will always be considered a priority.
MISSION STATEMENT
Providers
Food Program/Provider Resources, Inc. was founded to provide nutritional
and child care support and services to those who care for others. We
are committed to being responsive to the needs of providers, regardless
of their location or level of need, so that they, in turn can respond
to the developing needs of the child.
PRI was
founded on the following principles:
- Every
child is entitled to the best nurturing possible so that the spirit,
creativity, and potential of each can be realized.
- Every
provider is entitled to dependable, timely services and to a program
that is responsive to the provider's needs.
- Every
staff member is entitled to a secure and equitable working environment,
